Pick any Pokémon from any generation, or send one to a friend. Shinies from $8 (Common $8 · Uncommon $12 · Safari & Special $16 · Rare & Legendary $20), each with 1 month of Play Pass free (and the Journeys Trainer role on our Discord server), stacked on any pass you already have. Add its nature and ability, or max out 1, 3 or all 6 IVs of your choice (+$5 / $13 / $26). It's handed over at any PC in the game, at the level your badges allow, and grows from there. Mewtwo, the legendary birds and Mew are sold as shinies only; box-art legendaries are not sold.
Every new trainer plays the opening arc free — all the way from Pallet Town to beating Brock's gym (Pokémon cap at Lv.14 during the trial). After that, vote for the bot to earn Journey Tokens — 2 votes a day = 1 hour of playtime (30 minutes each, and they stack). Your pouch holds 2 tokens, so spend them before voting again! Token time only counts down while you're in the game — leave, and the clock stops until you come back. Between sessions the Journey Lounge is always free: chat, trade on the GTS, send your Pokémon to work on the Job Board, and scratch a free item card every day.
Bot subscribers on a $10 plan or higher play Journeys free: unlimited play time, no tokens needed. That's all a bot subscription includes here - Journeys passes, tiers and boosters are sold separately.
